IG PRIME provides promotional campaign services. Message volume refers to delivery attempts made according to the approved campaign specifications. Customers must supply truthful, lawful, non-infringing content and may not promote fraud, harassment, illegal products, hate, or deceptive offers.

No outcome guarantee

Campaign performance varies. IG PRIME does not guarantee followers, streams, sales, engagement, publicity, or any other business outcome.

Inbox placement guarantee

The advertised 90%–95% inbox placement guarantee applies only to eligible, approved campaigns and is measured using IG PRIME delivery records. It does not guarantee that recipients will open, read, click, follow, purchase, or respond. The exclusive remedy for a verified shortfall is replacement delivery up to the qualifying volume. Campaigns rejected, filtered, or disrupted because of customer content, destination-account restrictions, platform changes, force majeure, or inaccurate information may be excluded.
