Refund Policy

Orders may be eligible for cancellation before campaign preparation or delivery begins. Once targeting, list preparation, creative review, or delivery has started, fees are generally non-refundable because campaign capacity and operational resources have been committed.

If an eligible campaign does not satisfy the stated inbox-placement guarantee, the remedy is replacement delivery as described in the Terms of Service. Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors will be corrected.
